Attorney Clayton Wire
Clayton E. Wire is one of the trial attorneys at Ogborn Mihm LLP in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Wire’s practice focuses on protecting Whistlebloers from retaliation, prosecuting Whistleblower claims in state and federal court, and representing individuals in employment related matters. Mr. Wire has represented a broad spectrum of whistleblowers, from physicians to engineers to in-house counsel.
Mr. Wire received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Wire served as Editor in Chief of the globally recognized Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. Mr. Wire was also an intern at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Appellate Division. Upon graduation, Mr. Wire was admitted to the Order of St. Ives, an honors society for Sturm College of Law graduates within the top percentiles of each graduating class. Prior to law school, Mr. Wire graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in both Editorial Journalism and Political Science, with a focus on international relations.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wire clerked for the Honorable Nancy J. Lichtenstein of the Colorado Court of Appeals. During this clerkship Mr. Wire was able to refine his advocacy and writing skills in order to better serve his clients.
